BIGGBY COFFEE OPENS NEW STORE IN CANTON, MI Complete with a drive-thru window, new location opened February 10th
EAST LANSING, MI, Feb. 10, 2015 – The B has a new location in Canton as the newest BIGGBY COFFEE, located at 44532 Michigan Ave, opened its doors on Tuesday, February 10th complete with a convenient drive-thru window, and just in time for customers to get their fill on the ever-famous BIGGBY favorites like the Salted Caramel latte!
Located on the north side of Michigan Avenue between Sheldon and Canton Center Roads, the store is the second for long time BIGGBY owner/operator Richard Zuniga. Zuniga opened his first location 9 years ago in Canton and his passion for coffee has only gotten stronger throughout the years.
“I’m extremely excited for this new location. It gives us the chance to introduce more people to the BIGGBY brand and meet more people in our community,” Zuniga said. “As my first location has grown, customers started asking for a drive thru. This opportunity presented itself and the timing was perfect! We couldn’t pass it up.”
Zuniga, a long time Canton resident, is actively involved with the Canton community. His store has partnered with the Farmer’s Market, high school football teams, local baseball, hockey and dance teams as well as assisted in fundraising for organizations like the Homeward Bound Rescue League. “We know how great the community is and have fun partnering with so many wonderful organizations.”
The store will offer grand opening specials for the week of February 10th and will continue the celebration the following week. BIGGBY has a history in Canton and Zuniga is very excited to keep that alive. Along with the convenient drive-thru window, the store will also feature free Wi-Fi and the full BIGGBY COFFEE menu of gourmet coffee, tea and frozen drinks. You can stop in and meet Zuniga and his baristas who are waiting for you with a smile! The store hours will be Monday- Saturday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
If Zuniga had to pick his favorite drink to recommend – “The Island Bear, it’s a frozen espresso drink with caramel, vanilla and coconut.”
