BIGGBY COFFEE INTRODUCES NEW KEY FOBS AS PART OF CUSTOMER FREQUENCY PROGRAM
Key-chain-ready fobs will make transaction quicker, more convenient for customers
EAST LANSING, Mich., March. 28, 2012 – The customers have spoken and BIGGBY COFFEE has responded by introducing a customer frequency key fob! BIGGBY customers can now add the brightly colored and stylish plastic fob to their key chain, making their coffee purchase quicker and easier than ever before!
The key fob will work exactly the same as the current customer loyalty card, known as The BIGGBY Card, and will track customer purchases and for rewards, such as free drinks and bulk coffee, after a specified threshold of purchases is met.
“Part of our company values includes respecting our customer’s time,” Bob Fish, BIGGBY COFFEE CEO and co-founder said. “With the fob on your key chain, you more than likely will always have easy access to it and won’t have to spend time digging in your purse or wallet when ordering at the counter.”
Customers can pick up the new, free, key fobs at local BIGGBY stores where available and register it, just like their pervious card, on the company’s website: www.bhappylounge.com. Customers can also combine their current BIGGBY card with their key fob, so no points, cash value or rewards are lost on an account. If a card is lost or stolen after being registered, BIGGBY is able to transfer all contents of the card onto a replacement.
Some company coupons, sent through their email marketing program, E-wards (www.e-wards.com), can also be added electronically onto the key fob, which will then discount a customer’s purchase once their card is swiped at the register. The current BIGGBY card will still be accepted, as both devices can be used interchangeably, once registered online, to track frequency points and rewards.
