Birthday Freebie

Each year on your birthday, you will receive a free drink (anything up to 24oz!) on us.

It will automatically be loaded to your B Happy Lounge account on the morning of your birthday and will last for 30 days after. You will be able to redeem this reward by using any BIGGBY card as long as it is registered to your account.

Weekly E-wards

Each week you will receive an offer in your email inbox for discounted beverages, food, or even merchandise! We’ll also let you know about new drinks and food that are available. If you have a favorite store selected (hint, hint, this is important!), you will receive their offers as well.

Frequency Program

For every 12 full-priced beverages purchased, you will receive the 13th beverage for free! For every 9 lbs. of coffee purchased, you will receive the 10th lb. for free! Just remember to swipe your card or scan your app during your visit! Once you earn enough points, your free item cannot be saved for later use and will automatically be redeemed on your next qualifying purchase. The only exception is the rare occasion during which you use a BOGO coupon/promotion and earn your free drink in the same transaction. In that case, your points will be converted into a free beverage that will be loaded into your rewards queue. Your account’s points balance will then be reset to 0, so you can start earning points toward your next free drink right then and there! Your free drink will be redeemed on your next qualifying purchase.
