JENISON, MICH., Feb. 6, 2012 – West Michigan’s love for BIGBGY COFFEE has been heard loud and clear. Jenison residents are gearing up and eagerly awaiting the chain’s newest BIGGBY in Jenison, opening on Tuesday, February 14!

The store will be located at 7589 Cottonwood Dr. and the grand opening celebration will be Tuesday, Feb. 21st. The Grand Opening will feature hot, or iced, tall, Caramel Marvels for 99 cents on the 21st with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 pm.  Different 99 cent drink specials will continue until Sunday, Feb. 26 and customers can visit: http://bit.ly/wY968x to download and print the coupons. Limit one per person, per day.

“We are so excited to be opening in Jenison, it’s like a dream come true,” store owner, Tim Hoffman said. “I was born and raised here and it feels great to be able to bring BIGGBY to my hometown and to serve Jenison’s residents. I’m looking forward to seeing the faces of friends, family, loyal BIGGBY customers and meeting new ones too.”

Hoffman, who joined the BIGGBY COFFEE franchise family in 2007, opened his first store in Wyoming, MI and said it did not take long before he realized just how much West Michigan supported BIGGBY as a local business and the need for more cafes in the area.

“By combining our delicious drinks, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, customers really feel like their local BIGGBY is a part of their community,” Hoffman said. “We take it another step further by making sure we keep a local business mentality by getting involved in our communities through fundraising and teaming with local organizations.”

Located in the Cottonwood Center next to Meijer, the new store comes equipped with a convenient drive-thru window and free Wi-Fi access. It will be open Monday – Sunday 6a.m-10 p.m.

“Since we’re opening on Valentine’s Day, that’s a great reason to treat a loved one to their favorite drink, spend some time together and check out our new store.” Hoffman said.

About BIGGBY COFFEE®
East Lansing, Mich.-based BIGGBY® COFFEE opened a single store in March of 1995 based on the founding principle that coffee-lovers and the coffee-curious alike would benefit from a less pretentious approach to the standard gourmet café paradigm. BIGGBY COFFEE introduced connoisseur-worthy drinks with pronounceable names like Teddy Bear and Caramel Marvel, and barista staff surprises guests with simple gestures like free kazoos and bouncy balls for no other reason than to brighten their day. The “Big ‘B’” on the orange background caught on, and today BIGGBY COFFEE has 142 cafes open or under contract across seven states including Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Texas.  For more information, visit biggby.com.
