BIGGBY® COFFEE is Opening a Brand New Location in Fort Wayne, Indiana!
Fort Wayne, IN, May 9, 2016–BIGGBY® COFFEE is excited to announce the Grand Opening of a brand new store in Fort Wayne, IN on Tuesday, May 10, 2016! This store is at the corner of Lima Rd and Dupont Rd between Cali Spa and Buffalo Wild Wings (1505 W Dupont Rd Fort Wayne, IN 46825). This will be the first location for BIGGBY® owner/operators Mark Demske and Lynette Gerard! Lynette, Mark, and their staff can’t wait to bring another BIGGBY® to Fort Wayne. “We are very excited to continue to build the BIGGBY®COFFEE Brand in Fort Wayne and plan to be actively involved with our community.”
Mark and Lynette, while new to BIGGBY®, have always had a dream of opening their own business and just had to settle on the right choice! “We always thought about going into business together. We decided on BIGGBY® because the systems were in place, BIGGBY® offers an excellent product, and we loved the cultural values of B Happy, Have Fun, Make Friends, Love People, and Drink Great Coffee!” When asked what they were most excited about Lynette said, “the daily interactions with the customers and baristas for sure! We can’t wait to meet new friends and help our baristas build up their leadership skills. There is so much opportunity in the Fort Wayne community and we’re really looking forward to being part of it!”
One of the BIGGBY® COFFEE core values is “giving is getting” and the new Fort Wayne team is excited about bringing this value to life! “Mark has been involved with Noble County Economic Development, Noble County Community Foundation, and the Indiana Banker's Association. We want to be involved with our area schools and other fundraising activities for charities!” Lynette and Mark will both be in their store regularly so if you have an idea of how you can partner with them, all it takes is a visit and a chat over a cup of coffee. The sky is the limit!

They will be open Monday through Saturday 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you’re a new customer, or already a fanatic, Lynette would like to offer up a drink suggestion when you visit. “We both love the Vanilla Bean Latte! Hot, iced, or frozen, it’s amazing. With summer right around the corner, we would recommend iced or frozen!”

One year later, and on the cusp of opening a second location, Bob Fish and his business partner Michael McFall, on a handshake and $3,000, decided to franchise the concept.
