BIGGBY COFFEE TO OPEN NEWEST LOCATION IN FENTON, MI SEPT. 27TH

Franchisee working hard to bring gourmet coffee retailer to city

FENTON, MI., August 22, 2011 – Residents of Fenton, MI are B-eaming with anticipation as the newest BIGGBY COFFEE location readies to set up shop in the Fenton Square complex, located at 235 N. Leroy St.

Franchise owner/operator Kris Kildea, was anxiously awaiting the completion of building renovations and improvements to the entire complex in order to have one of the biggest, best, and most bodacious grand openings as possible, which is now set for Tuesday, Sept. 27th.

Along with updating floor plans, painting and landscaping of the building, the parking area is also being restructured to make ample room for the store’s convenient drive-thru window!

“I’ve been working with the landlord and the complex around the clock to make sure everything is ready and perfect for our extremely patient customers. I cannot wait to open the doors and get to know even more people in town,” Kildea said. “This city has made me feel at home from the beginning and I couldn’t be more excited to get my store up, running and serving the world’s best coffee!”

The store’s grand opening will feature 99 cent tall, hot Caramel Marvel Lattes all day long! For the reminder of the week, different specials will run each day for some of BIGGBY’s most popular drinks!

Kildea, originally from Williamston, MI, has been involved in franchise businesses since the 1970s. She said she is looking forward to giving back to the community by becoming involved with the Fenton School District and children’s reading programs at the library. All additional fundraising inquiries are welcomed and encouraged! For more information, please inquire in store.

About BIGGBY COFFEE®
East Lansing, Mich.-based BIGGBY® COFFEE opened a single store in March of 1995 based on the founding principle that coffee-lovers and the coffee-curious alike would benefit from a less pretentious approach to the standard gourmet café paradigm. BIGGBY COFFEE introduced connoisseur-worthy drinks with pronounceable names like Teddy Bear and Caramel Marvel, and barista staff surprises guests with simple gestures like free kazoos and bouncy balls for no other reason than to brighten their day. The “Big ‘B’” on the orange background caught on, and today BIGGBY COFFEE has 135 cafes open or under contract across seven states including Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Texas.  For more information, visit www.biggby.com.
