Franchise Business Review rates BIGGBY COFFEE in today’s top franchises
EAST LANSING, Mich., Oct. 1, 2014 – BIGGBY COFFEE, one of Michigan’s very own homegrown businesses, continues to generate national attention with being named by Franchise Business Review (FBR) to be in the Top Food Franchises to own nationally. The ranking comes at a time that the company continues its exciting expansion in 2014.
Franchise Business Review, which leads the market for research in the franchise industry, tabbed BIGGBY number 12, which was up 2 spots from last year. The report, based on more than 4,000 surveys from franchisees in the food sector, and representing more than 100 brands and more than 18,000 franchised businesses, ranks BIGGBY as the only coffee concept listed in the top 40.
Franchise Business Review evaluations of franchises are collected through franchise satisfaction reports, measuring the health of any franchise system. Reports are gathered through feedback from current franchise owners, which help define the satisfaction of owning a franchise. Trends, concepts and franchise models are observed to help decide rankings. Involvement from an investment and financial standpoint, and how franchisee satisfaction has fared in the past year, are also taken into consideration.
