BIGGBY® COFFEE Named Best of the Best in Top 200 Franchises of 2018
East Lansing, MI, July 9, 2018–BIGGBY® COFFEE has been recognized as a Best of the Best concept in the Top 200 Franchises by Franchise Business Review. Franchise Business Review’s research is recognized as the industry benchmark for franchisee satisfaction. By being named, BIGGBY® has been rated an outstanding brand by the people who know them best—their owner/operators. 2018 is the 13th annual ranking of the top 200 award-winning franchise opportunities.
BIGGBY® COFFEE was among 307 franchise brands representing over 28,000 franchise owners that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. BIGGBY® owner/operators were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity. In 2017, BIGGBY® COFFEE was also named in the Top 40 Food Franchises as well as the Top 100 Franchises for Veterans by Franchise Business Review.
