The company is leaning into its partnerships with franchisees, farmers, and baristas as part of its messaging around making every day better.
Biggby Coffee has kept much of its mission intact since it first opened in 1995 in East Lansing, Mich., despite having since grown to 440 locations in 13 states. That mission, to love people and share great coffee, has also become a North Star for the brand’s first refresh.
