BIGGBY® COFFEE COMES TO HEBRON, KENTUCKY

East Lansing, MI, January 10, 2019– BIGGBY® COFFEE is excited to announce the opening of a new store in Hebron, Kentucky. The store is set to open Tuesday, January 15, at 2111 N. Bend Rd, unit 107. The store will be the first for Owner/Operator team Amanda and Chris Ward. This location will be the third to open in Northern Kentucky under Area Representative, Shanna Novosel.
This new BIGGBY® COFFEE location will be conveniently located next to the Hebron Jimmy Johns and right in front of the Amazon warehouse. The first 50 customers will receive a free gift with their order! Ward’s store is the second store to open under Novosel’s Area Representative program, where Novosel will serve as a mentor, coach, and BIGGBY® COFFEE expert. Novosel has the unique opportunity as Area Representative to help this new store build the BIGGBY® COFFEE brand in the Northern Kentucky area.
When Amanda Ward started visiting the local BIGGBY® COFFEE near her home in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, nearly 6 years ago, she fell in love at first sip. She knew at that moment she wanted to one day own her own BIGGBY® COFFEE shop. Through a friendship with the owner, Shanna Novosel—bonded by the experience of their extremely high-risk pregnancies that resulted in micro-preemies and long NICU stays—BIGGBY® COFFEE became more than just a coffee shop for Ward. It became a place of comfort, joy, and friendship. It became more than a place for good coffee in an unintimidating, fun, and loving environment. It became a place where she felt a part of her community, where she was able to grow and build friendships, and where she developed her desire to shift from a stay-at-home mom of three boys to an entrepreneur and example of what hard work can accomplish.
As a life-long Northern Kentucky resident, Ward knew that serving and building up her community was close to her heart. “A coffee shop to me is the heart of the community and I am beyond excited to provide a space for people to gather, study, grow, and develop,” Ward said.
Ward and Novosel are excited to be a part of this cutting-edge and rapidly growing brand, where they can help customers build lives they love while enjoying the world’s best coffee.
