How many Facebook ads do you see in your feed everyday? Dozens? Hundreds? Does it feel like thousands? We do our best to ignore them, but there was one that caught BIGGBY COFFEE Co-CEO Bob Fish's eye... the Pure Over. It's a newly styled pour over method launched in a KickStarter campaign that sets out to eliminate paper filters. Their contention is that the average coffee drinker will go through 23,000 of them in a life time. That's a lot of trees! There is no doubt that with their design house aesthetic, they made a beautiful piece of equipment. But does the Pure Over make good coffee? Bob unboxes it for the first time, and gives it a test run in the OBIIS lab.
