Iced coffee is a personal favorite of ours. On a hot summer morning, a tall glass of creamy coffee so cold it makes the glass sweat is our idea of heaven. But it can be a production to make, and we almost never think to do it in advance. Then along came Cold Brew. It's so simple - no special equipment required - just coffee, water, a mason jar, and a straining tool.
