One year later, and on the cusp of opening a second location, Bob Fish and Michael McFall, with a handshake and $4,000, decided to franchise the concept. The “Big ‘B’” on the orange background caught on, and today BIGGBY® COFFEE has more than 240 cafes across many states including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Florida.
This event is not an offer to sell a franchise to, and is not directed to, any resident of a state requiring the filing or registration of franchises unless Global Orange Development, LLC is registered to sell franchises in that state and has received approval of this event as franchise advertising, if required in that state. The states requiring registration or filing of franchises in which we are not currently registered include: California, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Washington.
