In response to COVID-19, our way of living continues to change and we know many of you have questions. We feel keeping BIGGBY Nation informed with the right information can bring peace and comfort to all of our stake holders, including franchisees, their baristas and the customers they serve, as well as our Home Office employees and vendors.
Through Zoom and Facebook Live, BIGGBY COFFEE Co-CEO's, Bob and Mike aim to directly connect with everyone through live "Ask Me Anything" segments. During these segments viewers have the ability to ask any question they may have about BIGGBY's response to COVID-19, coffee sourcing, franchising, or perhaps what delicious new drink they should try next!
