Spot BIGGBY BOB and he’ll buy your morning coffee from 8-10am

JACKSON, Mich., October 3, 2011 – It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s BIGGBY BOB! BIGGBY COFFEE CEO and co-founder, Bob Fish will be at the Jackson location (1025 North Wisner St.) on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 8-10 a.m. and guess what… he’s buying!

That’s right, for two very special hours only; BIGGBY BOB will meet, greet and treat everyone in the store to the drink of their choice.  No matter what size, flavor, or special concoction you prefer, BIGGBY BOB is picking up the tab!

Each month, BIGGBY BOB travels to a different store with the sole purpose of brightening the day of BIGGBY COFFEE customers by treating them to their morning fix. Coined as “SPOT BOB”, the events began in 2008 and has lead Fish all throughout the Mid-West and beyond.

“SPOT BOB has allowed me to do the two of the things I love most about my job, have fun and make friends,” Fish said. “The support for BIGGBY in the city of Jackson is tremendous so I’m very excited to meet the customers and show my appreciation… without them, BIGGBY COFFEE would not be where it is today.”

Recently named the fastest growing coffee chain in the U.S. by CNBC, BIGGBY has 136 cafes open or under contract to open in seven states including Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Texas. The Jackson store however was just the 22nd location to open and will celebrate their seventh birthday next March.

“The city of Jackson loves BIGGBY COFFEE so it’s going to be awesome to have Bob here,” Denise Morgan, Jackson store owner/operator, said. “The fall season is an especially great time for BIGGBY because a lot of people are looking for a cozy place to relax and enjoy some of our delicious fall drinks.
