BIGGBY^® COFFEE to Expand With Area Representatives in OH, KY, SC, and FL

East Lansing, MI, February 26, 2018–BIGGBY^® COFFEE has announced that they plan to expand aggressively in their outlier designated market areas through a new Area Representative Program. The first states to feel this effect will be Ohio, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Florida. There are currently four BIGGBY^® COFFEE Area Representatives that cover these states—Shanna Novosel, Moe Charara, Aaron Marley, and Randy Frank. Shanna and Aaron both multi-unit BIGGBY^® COFFEE owner/operators and Randy and Moe are currently single-unit owner/operators.

BIGGBY^® COFFEE announces this new program following a year of purposeful slowed expansion for the brand. “We took the time to put energy back into expansion to make sure we were doing it right”, said co-CEO, Michael McFall. “We sat down to evaluate our internal systems, resources, and the overall happiness of our people and established that the Area Representative Program would be a huge benefit to the system.” Many franchise concepts, like Subway and Fast Signs, use an Area Representative program and have seen company growth as a result. “We’re excited to bring the opportunity of market-specific expansion to BIGGBY^® Nation and the owner/operators we’ve chosen to represent this program are eager to get started,” said Director of Franchise Sales, Tony DiPietro. “We know that their knowledge of these areas is greater than ours and it just makes sense for them to represent the brand and use their existing networking to support the next group of BIGGBY^® COFFEE owner/operators in building a successful business,” he continued.
